Set LEDs on when button is pressed

Turn on all 10 LEDs on the DE10-Lite when any button is pressed. Make sure to turn the LEDs off again when a button is released!

Hint: the LED MMIO address is 0xFF200000, and the buttons are at 0xFF200050
